Our video edits are 15-60 second recaps capturing the highlights of your day, as well as any viral social media trends you’d like to create! These video edits are the perfect length to engage you and your audience, making you want to rewatch them over and over..........and over again!!!

In short, no. Your photographer will give you perfectly posed pictures that you’ll physically print and have in picture frames around your home, while your videographer delivers a long cinematic video that you’ll watch on anniversaries and special occasions.

Magical Moments Media focuses on capturing all the candid, behind-the-scenes moments of your venue, guests and when you’re not posing for your photographer or videographer! All those precious, funny, and magical moments you might miss while you're busy being wed.

First, get in touch with us through the enquiry form to check if your date is available. If it is, you choose your package, pay your deposit, and we’ll start preparing for your big day.

On the big day, we’ll be there to capture everything—taking as many photos and videos as possible. Think of us as the perfect wedding guests: no phones in the way of your photographer’s shots and no blurry pictures! This way, your wedding party and guests can fully enjoy the day without having to worry about capturing the behind-the-scenes moments your photographer and videographer won't. Then while you’re partying the night away, we’ll be editing your content.

The next day, you’ll receive all your captured content along with fully edited short-form videos, allowing you to share and relive your amazing day over and over again.

Once your deposit is paid, your date will be secured. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and limit the number of events we take on to ensure we can give our full attention to each event.

While we would prefer to be there on your big day to capture everything in HD quality, we understand that sometimes wedding content creation may not have been considered, or we may not have been able to attend. In such cases, you can still have video edits produced from the content captured by you and your guests. Or, maybe you have a collection of footage from a recent holiday or honeymoon, we can also produce a professional video edit from that footage too.

To get started, we’ll ask for details about the type of video edit(s) you’re looking for, such as preferred video length, background music, and any specific trends you want to replicate. We’ll create a shared location for you to upload all your photos and videos, and then we’ll begin the editing process. Once complete, we’ll share the video edits with you for review.

If you’re not completely satisfied with the edits, you have 30 days for any revisions you might want. We can remove specific clips, rearrange the order, or make any changes you desire. We guarantee you'll be happy or your money back.

We are based in Meath, Ireland, but we happily travel throughout Ireland and internationally for your special day.

Please note that travel fees will apply for locations more than 50km from Navan, Co. Meath, or if multiple locations are over 50km apart.

If you’re planning an international wedding, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can arrange travel plans accordingly.

We are very flexible and can cover a wide range of events, including business events, sporting events, showcases, communions, and more.

We can capture all the content, edit it, and send it to you after the event for your own posting. Alternatively, you can choose our Live Posting option, where we’ll share photos and videos on your social media stories in real time, encouraging attendance. We'll also create a comprehensive content bank for you to use later.
